About Falcore

Falcore Labs is a research company building Creative Intelligence, with audio as a primary research domain.

The Site provides information about Falcore's research, models, products, services, programs, and development work.

Some products and capabilities described on the Site may be in development, experimental, limited-access, or subject to change.

Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.

The Site is not directed to children under 18.

If you use the Site on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Acceptance and Changes

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may update the "Last Updated" date and provide additional notice where appropriate.

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, our systems, our users, or our legal rights.

Forms, Waitlists, and Early Access

Falcore may provide forms for newsletter subscriptions, product waitlists, early access, research participation, API access, or other programs.

Submitting a form does not guarantee:

• Acceptance into a waitlist
• Product access
• API access
• An account
• A commercial relationship
• A partnership
• Employment
• Investment
• A specific response time
• Availability of a product or feature

We may review submissions according to our internal criteria and may contact you for additional information.

We may decline, delay, or close an access request at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

Information You Submit

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit through the Site is accurate to the extent reasonably required for the relevant request.

You should not submit:

• Passwords
• API keys
• Authentication credentials
• Payment card information
• Highly sensitive personal information
• Confidential information belonging to another person or organization without authorization
• Material that you are not legally permitted to disclose

If you submit project descriptions, product information, technical requirements, portfolio links, or other information, you represent that you have the right to provide that information to Falcore.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

User Submissions and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of intellectual property that you lawfully own and submit through the Site.

Submitting information to Falcore does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to Falcore.

You grant Falcore a limited, non-exclusive right to receive, store, review, and use information you submit only as reasonably necessary to:

• Operate and improve relevant access programs
• Provide requested services or information
• Maintain security
• Comply with legal obligations

This does not grant Falcore a general ownership interest in your work.

Unless separately agreed, do not submit confidential trade secrets or other information for which you require a confidentiality obligation.

Portfolio and Public Links

If you voluntarily provide a portfolio, website, social profile, product URL, or similar public link, you authorize us to access that link for the purpose of reviewing your request or understanding your work.

Providing a link does not transfer ownership of the linked content to Falcore.

Third-party websites linked through your submission remain subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Newsletter and Marketing Communications

By subscribing to a Falcore newsletter or marketing communication, you agree that we may send you periodic communications relating to:

• Falcore research
• Product updates
• Product launches
• Early access opportunities
• Developer programs
• Company announcements
• Relevant events or initiatives

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the communication or by contacting us.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not necessarily stop operational or legally required communications.

Product and API Access Requests

Falcore may offer access to products, models, APIs, MCP interfaces, software, or other services in the future.

A request for access does not itself create a license or right to use any product, model, API, MCP server, software, or other technology.

If we grant access to a product or developer service, your use may be subject to additional terms, technical documentation, usage limits, pricing, acceptable use requirements, or a separate agreement.

Where additional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific product or service terms may control for that product or service.

Experimental and Developmental Features

Some information, products, demonstrations, research results, models, interfaces, and features presented on the Site may be experimental or under active development.

We may:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Change product functionality
• Change availability
• Change access requirements
• Correct errors
• Conduct experiments
• Restrict access
• Delay releases
• Change pricing or commercial terms before a product is formally offered

Descriptions of future products or capabilities are forward-looking and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular product, feature, model, performance level, release date, or commercial offering will become available.

Research and Technical Information

Falcore may publish research papers, benchmarks, experiments, technical notes, demonstrations, documentation, and other technical materials.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Experimental results may depend on datasets, configurations, evaluation methods, hardware, prompts, or other conditions
• Results may not reproduce in every environment

You should independently evaluate technical claims before relying on them in production or other consequential settings.

Intellectual Property of Falcore

The Site and its content may include:

Unless otherwise stated, these materials are owned by Falcore Labs or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Falcore's proprietary materials without our prior written permission.

Trademarks

Falcore Labs, Falcore, associated product names, logos, marks, and other brand elements may be trademarks or service marks of Falcore Labs or their respective owners.

You may not use our marks in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written permission.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services.

Third-party services may include hosting, analytics, email, social platforms, community platforms, forms, authentication systems, payment providers, developer tools, or other infrastructure.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, policies, or practices.

Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and policies of those providers.

Availability and Modifications

We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

If applicable law imposes a mandatory liability standard that differs from this section, that mandatory standard will apply.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Falcore Labs and its founders, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising out of:

• Your unlawful use of the Site

• Information you submit through the Site that you did not have the right to submit

This section does not require you to indemnify Falcore to the extent that doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

If you discover a potential security vulnerability, please contact Falcore through an appropriate security contact rather than exploiting or publicly disclosing the vulnerability before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent mandatory law applicable to you requires otherwise.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Mangalore, Karnataka, India.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising mandatory rights available under the laws of their jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement governing your general use of the Site, except where additional terms or agreements expressly apply to a particular product or service.

If you enter into a separate written agreement with Falcore Labs, that agreement may govern the specific service or relationship covered by it.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.

These Terms govern the current public Site and its associated access, waitlist, newsletter, and request processes.

They are not intended to replace the specific contractual terms that may apply to future:

• Developer programs
• Enterprise services
• Commercial licenses
• Data processing arrangements
• Service-level agreements
• Research collaborations

Before offering those services commercially, Falcore Labs should publish or execute the additional agreements appropriate to the service.
